At southport outdoors on Astro we were runing Losi Step-Pin rears in red compound. Loads fo grip for wet/damp astro. The only place they suffer is the end of the straight. Because american tyres tend to be very soft the tyres balloon at very high speed, so by the end of the straight the contact patch is quite small. However by far the best tyre we found for wet astro.
I have an almost untouched set glued up on T4 rims that I was going to stick on ebay, along with some other truck stuff, including a T4FT roller, as our stadium trucks died off in popularity this year.
