No you dont have to do anything with the wheels as i ran staggers on mine and they fitted right on with no probs and no inserts either. So i`d try to fit them before do anything to the wheel. No cuttin or dremelling required. But i have now cut the inside down to look neater, but thats it.
And yes i have ansmann wheels on my monkey before anybody asks
