The BIG problem is that the guarantor doesn't have to be present or even know about their details being used. This is scandalous in my opinion, I can't believe that it is even legal! Some people have been taken for thousands and Wonga keep taking it until they have what is owed to them.

So someone has most likely stolen your identity then used you as a guarantor before makingoff with the cash.

Jesus, if thats fact, it's mind blowing thats it legal,mind blowing but sadly I would beleve it.....knew there was somthing dodgy about those to old girls and the frisky old boy on the TV
