surely the rules listed above are BRCA rules for national racing and dont actually apply to racing at torquay for the winter series as it is down to the club to set there rules as they see fit. we have never run BRCA rules in any other class that we have done. my son wanted a super stox just for a bit of fun through the winter but if its going to be BRCA regs he wont bother
