Sounds like a good idea, rewarding the racers, though it might be worth having a minimum number of meetings entered to be eligible to win (say 3 per season), otherwise you may end up giving a year's pass to someone who'll never come again (racing on holiday or something?) - though I think you're looking for "giveaway" and "entitles"
