Ended up with something quite close, very nice and predictable.
I made the mistake once to build the rear BB with some compression left (when the shock is fully compressed) and it was messy on bumps so keep them at zero rebound.
Blue Losi springs really help dialing the setup (good steering and stable car) and "almost" red rear smooth out any rollover tendency.
Since the first Vega, Silver springs on SB did the steering/vivacity part, then the point was to run short links and a smooth rear damping to make the rear roll just enough (if it seems clear). I kept that way of setting up a mid car up to now with great success.
Got to try Gurnell Pistons...
Me want to try the RB6 front and rear parts with BB on the DB1 too.
