Mark ..... now that is classic ...... my misses made the same comment when we watched Star Wars the other weekend!!!

As for whom Dom DC Racing is I am suprised there is anybody racing 1/10th that doesn't know ... Dom's not the most shy and reserved of people .... always the first one to the beer and with the wise crack!!!

I remember racing against Dom back in the mid 1980's when he was well into his Tamiya cars, he has a LOT of experience in this industry. He is an engineer by trade (the sort that makes things, not those with the same job title who pop round to look at your washing machine only to tell you a new is required or even the sort that pushes paper round a desk and wouldn't know a screw cutting tool from a milling shell) and has been responisble for many hop up parts over the years. Started DC Racing in the early 2000s andwas soon acting as team manager / support for one of the manufactures, importing stuff (properly) like JConcepts and even matching some of the best cells I've ever had the luck to use.
The main thing that made DC so successful was how much he cared for his customers, always telling it like it is to the point he often talked people out of an expensive item in favour of what was actually the best for them ... costing himself profit along the way as a trade for their support.
I once remember speaking to him on Xmas eve one year as he was driving some distance to drop off a body shell that had arrived that day to complete package that had been bought as a present for a young lad .... even though it was that families first ever order with DC Racing.

So there you have it, that is who DC Racing are ....... in my opinion the best customer service in the UK model industry bar none!
