The C rating is supposed to represent the amount of current that the battery can safely discharge, so for your two different packs the smaller one is 25 times the capacity, so 25 times 3.2 amps = 80 amps continous discharge whilst the larger capacity one you have should be 65 times 5.6 amp = 364 amps.

But I think a lot of the manufacturers exaggerate these C ratings, Big Squid RC and Ultimate RC have done quite a few tests and reviews on different batteries which has shown such claims of discharge ratings to be taken with a pitch of salt.
For me I like to stick with one make, I've tried expensive ones and found them to have puffed even though they were always balanced charged and always stored at approx 60%. But I find my Vapexech packs are always good, plenty of punch and still going strong after nearly two years.

For your SupaStox I would suspect that Schumacher have sized the speedo up well at 45 amps so both batteries should be more than good enough.
