since it's an open forum i would suggest disoposal in a safe and correct manner in accordance with manufacturers guidelines...
if it was'nt an open forum then i'd say put a hood on (to keep dry) and go pelt it with stones/bricks etc if an air rifle is available then bingo!
just keep any pets/kids away from it... wouldn't want the dog marking it as his and getting a shock!
