2 rounds of practice proved that this track is something quite different.
Rd 1 35th, rd 2 19th, rd 3 33rd, rd 4 19th.
Placed me 8th in C final.
My 210 was awesome in the final as clouds had come over and cooled the track, and with a few passes made it to a comfortable 2nd.
Danny made 3rd in B. Terrible wheelie off the start causing huge pile up
, but again fought his way through to 3rd only to miss 2nd by half a car length.
The myth that astro is all the same?
rubbish...... Southport required something quite different to any other astro venue.
We need better representation at these events. 4 out of 110 were EOE. The A final had 8 drivers from from north west alone......
