Theoretically, absolutely yes, no problems
However, just watch that whatever leads/connectors you use can handle the current that your ESC might be drawing from the batts.
THose steel plastic coated plugs you linked to look a little weedy. You can get some excellent gold plated stackable adaptors from online retailers and eBay.
