It makes it much easier if buyers cut and paste the title from For Sale ads and put as the title to the reply PM.

The same goes for Wanted ads

Also, if people always reply to PMs with a quote of the previous conversation, you only need to keep the last communication rather than filling your messages up so you can follow the chain of events until the deal is complete.
