I hear you, but at the same time it still doesn't make economic sense. They probably sell 10 times the cars in the U.S. as they do in the UK, and if 4wd buggy only sells 1/10th as many cars as 2wd it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to invest in the R&D and production costs just based on UK sales alone. The numbers just aren't there.

But like I said, They did the same thing (total denial) when people asked about a 22 SCT variant, so I wouldn't believe anything the factory guys had to say - but at the same time considering the weak sales of 4wd compared to 2wd it doesn't make a whole lot of sense economically to make the investment.
