CST is short for centistokes ... the true measurement unit.

Wt is a relative number and not even on a linear scale with most RC companies. To compare the two accurately you need the proper equipment but there are plenty of charts on the net to help you.

I use AE oil which is all in their own Wt scale but if I was starting from scratch I'd definitely go for Kyosho oil which not only is sold in true CST range but also seems to be spot on accurate to the label too. In fact I might well make that jump with the RB6 anyway.
