Hi,
I'm going to offer an alternative point of view to the last post.
I think if you can find a good condition SX this has a few advantages over the SX2.
The SX had alloy steering arms, alloy pivot blocks etc whereas the SX2 had plastic parts.
The SX has the small bore shocks which are favoured by many over the SX2 big bores.
There were a couple of useful upgrades on the SX2 such as the larger diameter front wishbone mount screws (the M3 easily bend when crashed) and the steel idler gears but these are easily added to the SX and you probably find many used cars already have these upgrades.
Just my opinion and some food for thought.
Oh, and if you get one and you want any advice or parts let me know :-)
