Forget the plastic parts, get ones made of CF.
For example:

Used 4mm Xtreme racing one in the rear and a friend made a thick CF tower to the front. Have one as extra..
Also the tower mount can be changed to 3Racing alu one - but then the tower is heightened about 1mm.
