My shock setup is as follows:
Front:
RB5 Top
Kit (1.3mm) 5-Hole Piston
Super Hard Orange Spring (XGS06)
40wt Losi
Long Ball End
Standard Shock Tower.
Rear:
RB5 Top
5-Hole X 1.4mm Piston
White Spring (XG012)
30wt Losi
Long Ball End
I also have a set of small bore shocks built, When I built the small bores up I set the car up with the small bores on one side & the big bores on the other. As a comparison the small shocks feel to react faster. the small bore shock feel ever so slightly softer too. but they feel pretty much the same to the touch.
I'm going to Bury tomorrow for some free practice, So i will get chance to test them both back too back.
