I think it's a great initiave, it's worth doing something in return for all the effort, time, costs and cool reviews the oOple crew has made! I just made a donation.
I hope the camera can be brought back to life - not in Frankenstein style (though those occasional zombie pictures are very nice
) - for a lot of successful review work and pictures in the future!
So what has actually broken on his camera?
I knew the damage from Kampenhout was bad as the camera was completely dead from the moist conditions, but by what I read in the post from the 'sales' section it suggests the actual sensor has given up?
