I thought the software they run only starts your individual 5 min run when you pass over the loop for the first time not when you hear your number called.. Could be wrong not sure Muzzy/Tim ?? "Think its on your number called cos when I got stuck behind someone on the start line thats why i had a 30sec 1st lap !

Sure thats how we did it in the olden days cos the first lap is were i used to and still do crash all the time !

Having the start a bit further round the track would be better than full lap !
