The servo savers are a bit poo to be honest, once you built it, if you take it apart its 50/50 whether its going to go back together or not.
I think I have some glue in mine and carefully put the bolt back in. might be a new servo saver needed tho ? I know you have to press really hard to get the spring compressed enough to screw it in, but if its stripped its stripped.

I think you need somet called a pinion puller, I think its a little contraption of some sort. someone might have one they can bring along to a race to do your motor ? not sure.
I'd stick the pinion in some pliars hanging over the edge of a desk, and put a driver over the motor shaft and belt it with a hammer! but, im jimmy :jimmeh
