For the Goodyear Eagle stickers look for the sticker sheet for the Tamiya Motorola Lola T94, virtually impossible to find though. Others similar to those are on all Tamiyas formula 1 sticker sheets.
The Speed Disc stickers on the first picture aren't available in white, but Tamiya included red versions of those with the Manta Ray. Those will be custom made, as will the BAR Honda sticker sheet. The only ones I know of are the F1 stickers from here

If they are available they will be a specialist sheet from Japan as you can't sell models with tobacco branding on them anywhere in the world.
