Thanks. Yes, I like that solution the most so far.

K&S do some thin walled brass tubing 2.5mm O.D. wall thickness 0.225 and 2.05mm I.D. which is ideal. I would need just need to drill out the wishbone a bit first.

There is also some 3/32" O.D. tube which seems more abundant but it the inner diameter is about 1.4mm so I would have to ream it out (I have a 2mm reamer) but I'm not sure... is it possible to a do a good job with such narrow walls?

Anyone know where the 2.5mm is in stock?
