With that much spacing already it sounds like you may have the "wrong" Losi shocks on the rear (most probably the 1.2" stroke ones from the XX4) you need the shorter - 0.9" (shafts)/1.0" (bodies) - ones from the XXX or XXX4 if that is the case.
