Thanks for the replies I have to say, the Hobbywing caught my attention, but I have to say the average price I see the V3 go for is not considerably cheaper than the big brands. The V2.1 is only considerably cheaper in the 60A version, but is that enough for a 2WD buggy?

I had a look at their SCT ESCs as well: They're obviously bigger, and they don't offer an adjustable throttle curve, but are somewhat cheaper.
