I did the Round 5 results and sent the master sheet to Colin. Between me sending them and updating the site, the error was spotted and everything was updated except Colin - I forgot, oops!
However, once Colin was voted in as rep, under rule 48.2 he was automatically bestowed the BRCA psychic abilities and super human powers. These include the ability to read the minds of drivers, pick up on PT number changes and/or errors and connect directly to AMB decoders automatically adjusting missed laps.
The fact that Colin who has these superhuman powers and chose to ignore them is at best neglectful your honor and I request the case be dismissed.
