Depends on what you want to do with it.

If you want to bash around car parks, the Fazer should be fine. Kyosho is a good quality brand and parts should be available to order from most model shops.

If you want to race, the Fazer is too wide for racing (200mm vs 190mm in the BRCA rules). Not necessarily a problem at most clubs unless you start beating people...

Kyosho's TF5 is 190mm wide and a pretty sound car for the money and would be a good introduction to racing. Depending on budget and whether you need a car that is ready-to-run you can also look at Tamiya's TT-01, Schumacher's Mi1 and maybe the LRP Blast.
