Is this stuff used and in "New" condition? If so...

There are too many details here that you have to look over before you know you aren't getting something that has been used beyond its life span. You can't tell the condition of the commutators on those motors until you can get up really close. The same goes for those batteries; how do you know they were charged properly during their life span? I know you want to save money; we all do. But sometimes, when it comes to motors and similar electronics, buying new will save you money in the end.

I bought a brushed motor when I came back into the sport because it was cheap, but I bought a brushless and I couldn't be more glad I spent the extra money for it. It has outlasted four brushed motors and is still going.

There you go; advice from experience!
