the thing i'd most like to see invented for RC car racing would be a force-feedback system, so loading data from the servo is fed back to the stick / wheel.
anything that puts the driver's head in the car more will cause lap times to tumble, and take away the guesswork. at the moment we're having to rely a lot on visual acuity and 'the groove'.
