Without doubt the B44 is going to be the best value for money, and will have the best spare parts availibilty - once the car hits the shops in volume that is
Yokomo spares aren't too hard to get hold of because there also imported by CML, but from past experience I would say the spares are very expensive.
The kyosho is well supported for spares and the prices are very reasonable. In the right hands its a very quick car, needs a few extra hop-up parts to make it realy duarble... Titanium turnbuckles, alu front brace and rear UJ's (UJ's are included if you buy the Special UK edition car). Although there are rumours abound of an updated car maybe in 2008.
X5 seems to handle really well, but an expensive route - you need a doner car and buy a conversion kit on top. You would have to talk to an X5 owner to get detail on spares and availibilty.
BJ4 - as previous poster has said, very simililar to B44 but a bigger price tag. I think the BJ4's will be a popular secondhand buy, but I can't see them selling many new cars when the B44 is out.
Depends if you want to buy now or if you wait till closer to the outdoor season - All sorts of new cars might be coming out - Serpents, Aeros, Schumachers?
For club level racing you might want to buy whatever everbody else is running so you have oppertunity to beg/buy/borrow/steal/swop spare parts and set-up advice.
