Search for G10 epoxy sheet to find suppliers, there are plenty around everywhere and can even be ordered by any hobby shop with an account with MacGregor. Most hobby size sheets are 6" x 12", which might be a bit short. I would suggest

The screws are just standard pan head self tapping screws in no.4 and no.2 size, available from most hardware suppliers. For small quantities I would usually use
