Dear Nick,

I am not happy with your service. The thin standard paper envelope you used to send me the two pairs of pistons got ripped open somewhere on the way and one piston was missing when it arrived at my place.

The first time I emailed you about this issue was about two weeks ago, and since then I have sent you another two emails, however NO REACTION WHATSOEVER from you!

I find the packaging you used and your service dealing with my problem disappointing to say the least.

Please get back to me as soon as possible. I have paid for four pistons and have only received three.
