My Monkey is 250mm at front. It says in manual and i also measured it and the BRCA rules say 250 is the max width so mine is fine. I had a look in the BRCA book i got so if we do a regional them i`m ok.
If you do think its too wide then i have a cheap(like free) option to fix. Just drill another hole 5mm further in on the hub carrier as theres loads of space. Job done |
If you go to a regional they will measure your car by putting it in a box 250mm wide and if it rubs the side it is too wide, and i can assure you a standard monkey/rat/x2c etc will not fit at the front. I think some of the other countries run 255mm hence the extra width.
