Tooth area. Im unsure if the shaft itself is bent but one was the gear cover but the other im unsure of. I will post a picture today with screw thread gap. I think the layshaft stop is fractionally too far out so stops being able to tighten the slipper more. I was exhausted last night when i wrote this but its huge as even though we had these problems it was small and showed me what potential this layshaft gives. Very very good.

Zero shims behind the slipper so nothing can be done unless the layshaft is changed.

I thought the same about the slipper tension however ive tightend it all the way and the spring is fully compressed but by luck the tension is almost perfect as the diff can be moved and the slipper is doing what its supposed to do, but personally i would have liked a bit more.
