I use three different banks' internet sites, and don't have a problem with any of them. If I'm ever in doubt I always call them first before I make a mistake, and they are all very helpful. In one case I could not do without it being internet-enabled, and it works very well.
Barclays, Co-op and First Direct are the good guys for me! HTH
