Ive used barclays online for many years. Not long after it was introduced i got scammed (totally unsure how) and had some accounts cleared out. £5000 was taken from me. Barclays covered this and paid the money back into my accounts after their fraud team had looked into it to make sure i hadnt done anything wrong (dont know what research they did but took them about a week)
I was understandably put off for a while but since they have introduced pinsentry, and have a few more years experience with online security, i am confident my money is safe.
