Hi Damo,
Yes Park ave is defo the shorter Route, however you can only park on one side (neerest park) so once the road fills up it may be just as quick to park in the other 2 car parking areas. Alongside the pitting area is going to be a "fun day" with rides stalls etc so the road may fill up fast. i just wanted to put all the options on the lil diagram. pluss if you park by the leisure centre you can walk the scenic route to the track, mayb even throw some bread to the ducks and watch the seagulls fight over it
