FrSky TFR4 - theyre really small (about 5/8th size of an R603FS) and work with my Futaba 3GR 2.4 FASST transmitter no problem. And they're only £18 but you have to import them from HK as I don't know if anyone in the UK sells them. They are on eBay for £30 via a few HK sellers but I got mine from the big place that stocks all the cheapo Turnigy stuff and postage was about £2.75. Only downside is they have 2 aerial wires so I've taped mine to the outside of the antenna tube rather than running them up the inside.
