Hi guys, just got back from setting up the track at Plough. Weather today has been great, shame we wasn't running today.
Everything is ready, I've spent most of the day testing the transponders (of which Steve has recently invested some more money into). All are working and giving good readings, so we are ready and set.
Like Brookie said above, anybody who turns up early, help setting up the speakers and other odd jobs will be most appreciated.
Steve A has said he will be there from just after silly'o clock in the morning, but I won't be opening up the track for practice untill approx 8.30!!! - DON'T FORGET!!! THE PUB DOES THE BEST BACON ROLLS IN THE WORLD FACT!!! - GET SOME EARLY TO AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT!!!
Also, there was a wedding today and the pub was having a hog roast - this means awsome pork baguetts at lunch time tomorrow.
Oh one last thing, weather today was quite nice, but where the track is sheltered, it can get very hot - I like the local Kentish ale that they have on currently at the bar, very refrshing.
Think thats everything, see you all tomorrow!!!!
