dont discount second hand equipment either there are some good sellers on here you could pick up decent speedo, servo,and motor for less than £100 i personally have only bought 1 new lipo (maybe i have been lucky or just bought from good guys )
I love hobbywing ESC any motor (sensored will suffice at newbie level i have some very cheapies and the perform more than adequately
