It is an ABF yea
The MK3 Golf gearbox is cable change as is the MK4 shift tower I've put in so no problems setting up there.
Unsure on Chrome or carbon parts! I quite like the OEM+ look really
The small bumpers I have on are fibreglass rather than metal and I also had some nice arch spats custom made in fibreglass, I think I'll be avoiding carbon n chrome
