Matt is correct in that most clubs this year have adotped to sort heats based on F grade, we have also been making a note of the results from the first two and "adjusting" people grades based on an average too
so some have movd up and some down slightly...
We had a few modest people who underestimated how good they were but a LOT of people who seem to think they are FAR better then they are (or their results show that they are at least)
