Can't believe how cheap your rents are at A1 and Ludlow
Guess it matters where you are located in the UK. It's all very much more expensive darn sarf.
Our old venue wasn't too bad for rent but not great facilities, the new place a big fat wedge more and is wicked. We've got some good idea's to improve it further more.
Hat's off to all who run a club or put money into starting a club. People are all to quick to criticise but they have no idea of the time and effort involved.
