i fill shock up with oil, shaft fully extended put bladder ontop push shaft all way up till touches bladder the pull shaft down with finger in bladder to stop it clapsing in when u pull down. screw on top half way pust shaft all way to top the tighten fully should get alittle oil/air out top ( this does sound abit homo erotic talking about shafts  )
