Without trying to be funny - cheap, good wearing, and touring car - does not go together...
That's why I now do off-road with RC cars now.
the cheapest way is to actually buy the tyres and put them on rims. DMS racing were clearing there stocks of CS27's, 32's and RP 30's. CS/RP's are excellent tyres - they only stopped being the national tyre due to the strength of Schumacher as a company who import sorex, and there ability to import sufficiently to support several race series.
