About the toe, The Yokomo guys say that is depending about your driving...not about the track.
If you like to "Push hard" out of corner...set to 4°
If you have a smooth driving...set to 3°

For the anti squat setting, I use on slippery (dusty ) tracks 0° or 1°.
0° will give you a very easy car on bumps and a good lateral grip
2° will give you "motricity" and better on jumps.
With 0° you will get less motricity than 2°...
The Bmax2 is very special on that...in comparison...when you set 0° of antisquat on a RC10B4...you haven't got any motricity. With the Bmax2 you still got enought motricity with 0° to push out of corners or in front of a jumps.
