my 1251 low profile does that too.
By the very nature of how the servo us working, it's trying to zero at rest. A slight bit of pressure of say tyres on the ground can put a force on the servo which it works against to zero, resulting in the noise from the motor. it's normal, but unnerving when its on your workbench.
