Car mods i would allow as they are for strength (hence why i design the carbon fibre tub chassis for the original lazer in 1990) and asthetically pleasing but performance doesnt change.

Motors i would allow a brushless limit of 6.5 and brushed 10t as they are roughly work out the same.

Batts any as tbh nicads dont last long, nimh dont have a long shelf life either and fabiix and panasonic, well i did drive for one of these and were utter crap so life span not long at all. If lipos can be used then great but not all cars fit lipos so would allow all.

Id be up for something but around surrey, there are several guys down here who would also be up for it in 2 and 4wd. Just a thought, maybe better to do a carpet series as these cars cant alway handle a full rebuild all the time as plastics do weaken.
