Hi Steve,
The FORCC Summer Series is indeed open to all
. We are trialing pre-booking this year with the aim of minimising the amount of time it takes us to get going on race day. If you've seen the club's website, you'll see that we're offering a small financial incentive for pre-booking up to and including the Wednesday prior to each Summer Series date. Pre-booking isn't required but if non-members PM or email me prior to the creating the heats on the Thursday before each meeting, they will still qualify for the reduced race fees
