Just give your accountant a box full of receipts and let him earn his money, that's what half our clients seem to like doing at the moment
Plus HMR&C website is down until Saturday so your accountant won't be able to file anything anyway so no need to rush.
Likewise about the photo's there were plenty of cameras floating about from what I saw.
