Probably because (just like the Discovery channel) the program time listings on Motors TV are more of a general "suggestion" rather than being set in stone like the big budget channels where a 1pm start really means 1pm 0 minutes and 0 seconds.
. I love Motors TV, particularly that jingle they have. The rally programs especially illustrates perfectly what sort of output you get if you give a man in a shed an old Sony Handycam and a budget of £500 and tell him to "make some great TV".
